Port Browning Marina Resort
The Port Browning pub is open noon to 8:00 pm. The pub has back up power and serves meals in power outages. On weekends, they have dinner specials.

The Hub
The Hub (Hope Bay) serves organic Mediterranean meals and appetizers. They have live music sometimes by reservation usually on Sunday evenings.

Copper Otter Grill
The Copper Otter Grill is a restaurant and bar offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located on Bedwell Harbour road, this is a popular spot for a meal.

Syrens Bistro & Lounge
Poets Cove, Syrens Bistro & Lounge has opened and is about 25 minutes away on South Pender.

Bridgeman’s Bistro
The bistro at Port Browning is open for breakfast from 7:00 to 11:00. They are only open Friday and Saturday best to check first. The bistro is on the left side of the pub.

Otterbau Marina General Store
The marina has a store that is a couple minute walk from Cottage 12 and sells various food and souvenirs including fresh made coffee, Ice Cream, dry goods, ice and bakery items.

Pender Chocolates
Purchase hand-crafted chocolate and truffles, they are made with fresh ingredients. You can order coffees to go only through their walk up window, closed Monday and Tuesday open 11 to 3.

Vanilla Bakery
The Vanilla Leaf Bakery is a popular spot for locals and guests to grab a coffee, sandwich or some baked goods and artisan bread.

Woods Coffee + Kitchen Restaurant
Visit the Woods on Pender for fresh-baked pastries, full coffee bar. On Friday and Saturday's they are a full kitchen that serves alcohol and local spirits.

Slow Coast Cafe
Slowcoast Cafe is a nice spot to meet friends. Offers light lunches and baked goods.

Southridge Country Store
Southridge Country store has lots of organic, pre-packaged meals, unique food and imported cheeses.
Sweet Retreats
If you’re in need of a pick me up or a sweet little get away Pender Island has a bunch of lovely places to visit. Pender Chocolates located Just outside of the hub is a lovely place to get some hand crafted Penderite chocolates. Slow Coast Cafe if you need a cup of joe. Vanilla bakery has a lovely selection of hand crafted local breads and finally Southride Country Store which has a selection of imported cheeses and organic pre-packaged meals.
Hiking and Activities
Pender island hosts many experiences for you to experience. The island has many beautiful natural trails, hikes, beaches and coves to explore.

Medicine Beach
Unique beach, great for exploring. Medicine Beach also has a great private liquor store with lots of single cans of different coolers, beer.

Brooks Point Regional Park
Brooks Point and nearby Gowlland Point form an oceanfront park with a mix of rocky bluffs, forest and meadows.

Visit magic lake on North Pender Island! This lake is a popular spot for swimming and canoeing.

Go to the Nu to You when you want to purchased a lightly used item. Purchase all kinds of used items including books, dishes, CD's. clothing and more.

Poets Cove Healing Spa
Stop in at Poets Cove for spa treatment by the seaside! From foot massages, facials, hot stone massage they have treatments for everybody. You can also get a mud mask with full body lotion application.

Shopping & Services
There are many local stores to visit on Pender Island.
Winery's and Cidery's
Pender island hosts many experiences for first time or return visitor to experience. The island has many natural trails, hikes, beaches and coves to explore.

Sea Star Vineyards and Winery
The winery Is closed for the season. At the moment no tastings and the picnic area is closed. You can buy the wines that are left on Saturdays from 12:00 to 4:00 pm. The Medicine Beach liquor does carry their wines.

Twin Ciders
They are only open at certain times and the ciders are really amazing. They use island apples and are mostly dry. They have a rose fruit cider which is my favourite, Pet-Nat. Only open Saturdays and Sunday in the winter, limited times.

Bee Wild Distillery
Purchase and taste some Island made flavoured jin and vodka. All alcohol is made in small batches from farm harvested honey, apples and berries.

The Cheesecake Fridge
There are two places you can grab some delicious cheesecake. Available at 2608 Yardarm and a stand at Bee Wild Distillery is open from 12 to 4.

Gem and Crystal Stand
Just down the road a bit further on the right is the Gem and crystal stand only open Saturday 1 to 5.
Craft Stands
Visit the many stands on Pender Island for hand crafted items.
